Duration: 13 Weeks

Seeking an experienced RN Case Manager to coordinate patient care, manage utilization, and support discharge planning. You'll collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure high-quality outcomes, patient satisfaction, and efficient resource use.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate care and discharge planning
• Facilitate payor authorizations
• Support documentation and coding accuracy
• Ensure smooth patient transitions and continuity of care

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Michigan
• BSN required
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• 3+ years of clinical RN experience preferred
• Familiarity with case management and utilization review preferred

Compensation:

• Travel: $2000–$2200/week (including stipends)
• Local : $1900 - $2000/week
